膀胱癌甲基化相关蛋白UHRF1的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨泛素样含PHD和环指域蛋白1(UHRF1)在膀胱癌组织中的表达及其与膀胱癌临床病理特征的关系.方法采用免疫荧光方法,检测82例膀胱癌组织及56例癌旁正常组织中UHRF1的表达,并分析其与膀胱癌临床病理特征的关系.结果膀胱癌组织中UHRF1的表达率为78.0%,明显高于癌旁正常组织的表达率10.7%,差异有统计学意义.其表达与组织学分级、临床分期、是否肌层浸润密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、组织学类型无明显相关(P>0.05).结论UHRF1在膀胱癌组织中表达明显高于正常组织,与组织学分级、临床分期、肌层浸润密切相关.Objective To investigate the expression of UHRF1 in bladder cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The expression of UHRF1 was detected by immunofluorescence in 82 cases of bladder cancer and 56 cases of normal tissues adjacent to bladder cancer.Results The expression rate of UHRF1 in bladder cancer was 78.0%(64/82),which was significantly higher than that in normal tissues 10.7%(6/56).The expression was closely related to histological grade,clinical stage and myometrial invasion(P<0.05),but not to age,sex and histological type(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of UHRF1 in bladder cancer is significantly higher than that in normal bladder tissue,which is closely related to histological grade,clinical stage and myometrial invasion.
