天麻钩藤汤加减联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗重度抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察天麻钩藤汤加减联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗重度抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取重度抑郁症患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予盐酸帕罗西汀片口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予天麻钩藤汤加减治疗。治疗12周后,评估2组患者的抑郁程度和外周血清炎症相关因子白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量。结果:治疗前,2组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组HAMD评分和HAMA评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组HAMD评分和HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组IL-6和IL-1β水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组IL-6和IL-1β水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组IL-6和IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤汤加减联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗重度抑郁症的临床疗效优于单独使用盐酸帕罗西汀片,能够有效缓解患者抑郁症状,降低血清炎症因子IL-6和IL-1β水平。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Tianma Gouteng tang combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets for major depression. Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with major depression were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Tianma Gouteng tang based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment for 12 weeks,the degree of depression and the content of inflammatory factors in serum including interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the two groups were evaluated. Results:Before treatment,compared the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,compared the levels of IL-6 and IL-1βin the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-1βin the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of modified Tianma Gouteng tang combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets in treating major depression has better clinical effect than that of simple paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,which can effectively relieve depressive symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in serum including IL-6 and IL-1β.
