摘　　要：目的:探讨老年眼部带状疱疹的临床特征及综合治疗方法。方法:选取2014年4月—2019年3月在我院眼科及皮肤科住院治疗的60周岁以上眼部带状疱疹患者257例。重点分析误诊情况及继发性青光眼的诊疗情况。结果:老年眼部带状疱疹患者合并症和并发症多;早期易误诊;对并发青光眼者应辨证施治。结论:提高对老年人眼部带状疱疹的认识,有助于提高疗效,减少误诊,改善预后。Objective To investigate the clinical features and complex therapy of herpes Zoster ophthalmicus in the elderly.Methods 257 patients aged over 60 years old with herpes Zoster ophthalmicus in our hospital from April 2014 to March 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The misdiagnosis and treatment of secondary glaucoma were analyzed emphatically.It is easy to be misdiagnosed in early stage and should be treated according to syndrome differentiation for complicated glaucoma.Results There are more complications and complications in the elderly patients with herpes zoster ophthalmicus.Conclusion To improve the understanding of herpes zoster ophthalmicus in the elderly is helpful to improve the curative effect,Reduce Misdiagnosis and improve the prognosis.
