摘　　要：校院两级教学质量监控体系中,作为本科教学最直接的组织者、落实者的二级学院质量监控体系显得尤为重要,目前二级学院的教学质量监控存在认识不到位、质量标准不全、监控人员配备不齐、考核结果未能得到很好运用、缺乏过程监督等问题,要想解决这些问题,应在提高认识、健全规章制度、改进监控模式、明确责任等方面多用力。The university and its secondary school have their own teaching monitoring systems,and the latter is especially important because the undergraduate teaching is directly carried out by secondary schools.But now there are some problems with the teaching quality monitoring system in secondary schools,such as inadequate awareness,incomplete standards of the teaching quality,insufficient surveillance personnel,ineffective use of assessment results,shortness of procedure monitoring and so on.In order to solve these problems,effective strategies should be adopted such as raising people’s awareness,perfecting rules and regulations,improving the monitoring modes and clarifying exerciser’s responsibilities.
