拉克替醇与甘露醇在电子结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察拉克替醇与甘露醇在电子结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的效果。方法选取2018年1~12月在我院行电子结肠镜检查的患者共计197例,随机分为试验组98例和对照组99例。两组均给予电子结肠镜检查。于电子结肠镜检查前4 h,试验组服用拉克替醇120 g,对照组服用20%甘露醇500 mL。观察两组肠道清洁效果及不良反应发生率。结果试验组BBPS评分为(7.53±1.04)分显著高于对照组的(7.12±1.05)分,试验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉克替醇用于电子结肠镜检查前的肠道准备较甘露醇更安全、有效,且提高了患者的依从性和耐受性。Objective To observe the effect of lactitol and mannitol in intestinal preparation before electronic colonoscopy.Methods A total of 197 patients who underwent electronic electron colonoscopy in our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=98)and the control group(n=99).Both groups were given an electronic colonoscopy.Four hours before the electronic colonoscopy,the experimental group took 120 g of lactitol and the control group took 500 mL of mannitol.The intestinal cleansing effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results The BBPS score of the experimental group was(7.53±1.04),significantly higher than that of the control group(7.12±1.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Lactitol is safer and more effective than mannitol in the intestinal preparation of patients before electronic colonoscopy,and it improves patient compliance and tolerance.
