十一味参芪胶囊联合热敏灸对结直肠癌患者根治术后化疗的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察十一味参芪胶囊联合热敏灸对结直肠癌根治术后化疗患者中医证候、生活质量及糖类抗原(CA) 125、CA199水平的影响,评估其安全性。方法:选取80例结直肠癌患者,均行结直肠癌根治术治疗,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。2组患者均采用CapeOX化疗方案,对照组采用热敏灸治疗,研究组应用十一味参芪胶囊联合热敏灸治疗。观察2组中医证候积分,卡氏(KPS)评分,CA125、CA199水平的变化,记录不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),KPS评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CA125及CA199水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);研究组CA125及CA199水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总不良反应发生率10.0%,低于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌根治术后化疗患者应用十一味参芪胶囊联合热敏灸治疗,中医证候和生活质量明显改善,CA125、CA199水平显著降低,用药安全性高。Objective:To observe the effect of Shiyiwei Shenqi capsules combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on Chinese medicine syndromes,quality of life,and levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) as well as carbohydrate antigen199(CA199) in patients with chemotherapy after radical resection for colorectal cancer,and to evaluate its safety. Methods:After radical resection for colorectal cancer,80 cases of patients were divided into the control group and the study group randowly,40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with chemotherapy regimen of CapeOX;the control group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion,and the study group was treated with Shiyiwei Shenqi capsules combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion. Chinese medicine syndrome scores, scores of Karnofsky Performance Status Scale(KPS)and changes of levels of CA125 as well as CA199 in the two groups were observed. The incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results: After treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the scores of KPS were increased,differences being significant(P<0.05);the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of KPS was higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of CA125 and CA199 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the above levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 10.0% in the study group, lower than that of 25.0% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of Shiyiwei Shenqi capsules combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in treating patients with chemotherapy after radical resection for colorectal cancer can significantly improve Chinese medicine syndrome scores as well as quality of life and reduce the levels of CA1
