文化传承视域下高校武术教学探析

摘　　要：文化是民族之根,是民族精神的养料,更是学生了解历史、热爱祖国、奋进发展的能量源泉,为此我国极为重视文化传播,将传统文化视为教育重要一环并渗透在育人历程中。其中,武术文化作为我国优秀传统文化之一,囊括尚武精神、仁爱思想、强身健体、坚毅等内涵,将武术通过教学的方式渗透在高校育人活动中,一方面可帮助学生塑造强健体魄,另一方面可引领学生塑造健全人格,武术教学必要性随之凸显。通过探析文化传承视域下我国高校武术教学价值、要点、原则、难点及措施,提高高校武术教学质量。Culture is the root of the nation,the nourishment of the national spirit,and the source of energy for students to understand history,love the motherland,and forge ahead.For this reason,China attaches great importance to cultural communication,regards traditional culture as an important part of education and infiltrates into the process of educating people in.Among them,Wushu culture is one of China’s excellent traditional culture,including the spirit of Wushu,benevolence,physical fitness,perseverance and so on.It infiltrates Wushu into the educational activities of colleges and universities through teaching methods.On the one hand,it can help students to build strong physical fitness.On the other hand,it can lead students to shape a healthy personality,and the necessity of Wushu teaching will be highlighted.This paper analyzes the value,key points,principles,difficulties and measures of Wushu teaching in Chinese colleges and universities under the circumstance of cultural inheritance,in order to improve the quality of Wushu teaching in colleges and universities.
