摘　　要：目的:评价iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障术治疗成年患者根尖敞开恒牙的临床疗效。方法:选择成年患者慢性根尖周炎根尖敞开恒牙40例,随机分为两组,每组20例,实验组行iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障术,对照组行无机三氧化矿物凝聚体(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)根尖屏障术,然后均用热牙胶充填根管中上段,比较两组根尖段充填操作时间;术后定期行临床和X线检查,观察根尖周病变的愈合情况,评价临床疗效。结果:根尖段充填操作时间iRoot BP Plus组为(6.0±0.86)min,显著低于MTA组(11.8±1.51)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后iRoot BP Plus组19颗患牙无不适临床症状和体征,原有窦道闭合,根尖区黏膜无红肿;6个月后X线片显示原根尖区骨质透射区域消失或缩小,骨密度增高,无新的暗影出现;iRoot BP Plus组治疗有效率为95%,MTA组治疗有效率为90%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障术治疗成年人慢性根尖周炎根尖开放恒牙可缩短椅旁治疗操作时间,促进根尖周炎症愈合,用作根尖屏障材料具有良好的操作性及临床疗效。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of open apices teeth with iRoot BP Plus as apical barrier in adults.Methods:40 adult patients with chronic apical periodontitis mature permanent teeth with open apices were selected and divided into two groups at random,20 cases in either group.Patients in the experimental group were filled with iRoot BP Plus and Patients in the control group were filled with MTA as apical barrier.The remainder of the canals were filled with AH Plus and ObturaII gutta-percha.Root operation time of the two groups is compared.Patients were recalled periodically after the treatment.The clinical effect was evaluated through clinical skills and radiographic examination.Results:The operation time of iRoot BP Plus group was(6.0±0.86)min,shorter than MTA group’s(11.8±1.51)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).19 cases in experimental group had no uncomfortable clinical symptom after treatment.The original sinus is closed,and there is no redness in the apical area.After six months of treatment,the radiographs of the patients demonstrated that the apical radiolucent areas of the teeth with pre-existing apical lesion deceased gradually or disappeared completely.No new radiolucency was found around the roots.The effective rate of iRoot BP Plus group was 95%.The effective rate of MTA group was 90%.No significant differences between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:iRoot BP Plus root tip barrier in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis in adults with root tip open permanent teeth can shorten the treatment operation time and promote the healing of periapical inflammation.
