基  金:基于医共体模式下实施全程加速康复护理对髋关节置换患者的应用研究.

摘  要:目的探讨医护一体化引导式教育训练对基层医院全髋关节置换患者康复效果的影响。方法将我院2017年12月-2019年11月收治的全髋关节置换患者100例分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例),对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予医护一体化引导式教育训练。比较2组治疗情况、髋关节Harris评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月的Harris评分明显高于对照组,治疗费用、平均住院日少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化引导式教育训练在全髋关节置换患者中应用可加速患者康复,提高髋关节功能恢复效果和患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing education on the rehabilitation of patients with total hip arthroplasty in primary hospitals. Methods 100 patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from December2017 to November 2019 were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases). The control group received routine nursing,meanwhile,the study group was in routine nursing. On the basis of giving medical integration and guided education. The treatment status,hip Harris score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The Harris score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery. The treatment cost and average hospitalization days were lower than the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group. Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated nursing education in the treatment of total hip arthroplasty can accelerate the recovery of patients and improve the recovery of hip function and patient satisfaction.
