新工科背景下地方高校开展混合式教学的实践与思考——以湖南工学院信号与系统课程为例

摘　　要：国家提出新工科战略,对地方高校培养新一代信息技术产业人才提出更高的要求。分析新时代"95后"大学生学习的新规律和地方高校教师与教学的新矛盾,从心理学角度分析地方高校开展混合式教学的可行性和必要性。从实施方案、考核方式改革、实施效果等方面介绍湖南工学院信号与系统课程开展混合式教学的情况,探讨地方高校在开展混合式教学方面存在的问题。Recently,the nation proposed the Emerging Engineering Education Strategy to give a higher demanding on how to educate productive talent of informational technology in the Emerging Engineering Education circumstance.The author,considering the feasibility and necessity from the psychology perspective,analyzes thenew rules of the students who are born after 1995 and the new con-tradictions between teaching and local university teachers.Combinedwith the really class progress,this thesis tries to illustrate some existing problems in carrying out the blended teaching in the local uni-versity considering the aspects of implementation,examination revo-lution,effectiveness and so forth.
