摘　　要：作为现代航空工业中的一种典型模式,主制造商-供应商模式在大型复杂航空产品的研制、生产中发挥了重要的作用,其中的垄断型供应商更是有着不可替代的地位,该文结合航空工业的现实,对如何处理好与垄断型供应商的关系,提高供应链运行的总体效率进行了探讨。As a typical model in modern aviation industry.Main manufacturer-supplier Pattern plays an important role in the development and production of large and complex aviation products.Among these suppliers,monopoly suppliers have an irreplaceable position.This paper combines the reality of aviation industry discussed the way to deal with the relationship with monopoly suppliers and improve the overall efficiency of supply chain operation.
