北京市制造业“高精尖”产业拉动作用研究--基于非竞争型投入产出表

摘　　要：将五大高技术产业从2012年北京市139部门投入产出表中划分出来作为制造业“高精尖”产业,将中间投入进行了地域划分,编制了非竞争型投入产出表,测算出北京市五大高技术产业影响力系数并得出结论:北京市高技术产业拉动增加值能力较弱,拉动总产出能力较强;制造业“高精尖”产业的上下游基本都是“高精尖”产业。Five high-tech industries are classified from the input-output table of 139 departments in Beijing in 2012 as“advanced,high-end and sophisticated”industries in manufacturing industry,and 139 departments are merged into 45 departments including five“advanced,high-end and sophisticated”industries in manufacturing industry and four in service industries.Intermediate inputs are divided into regions and non-competitive inputoutput tables are compiled.We calculates the pulling effect of five“advanced,high-end and sophisticated”industries,analyses the total consumption coefficient and draw the following conclusions:the “advanced,highend and sophisticated”,industries in manufacturing industry of Beijing have weak ability to pull value-added and strong ability to pull total output,meanwhile the“advanced,high-end and sophisticated”industries in service industry have strong ability to pull value-added;The upstream and downstream of the “advanced,high-end and sophisticated”industries in manufacturing industry are basically“advanced,high-end and sophisticated”industries.
