摘　　要：创新创业的根基在于文化,尤其是创新文化。创新文化对大众创业、万众创新发挥着重要的激励和引导作用。本文立足于促进大众创新创业与众创空间发展,分析建设创新文化的意义,并以北京创新文化建设为例,探讨北京建设创新文化的优势条件及存在的问题,提出促进北京创新文化建设的路径与建议。The foundation of innovation and Entrepreneurship lies in Culture,especially innovation culture.Innovation culture plays an important rolein stimulating and guiding mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Targeted at promoting mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation,this article analyzes the significance of the construction of innovation culture;Taking Beijing as an example,Discusses advantages and present problems of the construction of innovation culture;puts forward the ways and suggestions to promote the construction of innovative culture in Beijing.
