摘　　要：鉴于当今高等教育的发展以及我国高校的现状,学生事务管理在高校人才培养中发挥着十分重要的作用。高校当下的学生事务管理模式很难满足社会教育和学生发展的需要。高校应借鉴欧美高校的学生事务管理经验以及哲学、心理学、社会学等学科的理论,探索适合学生发展的学生事务管理。Students affairs management plays an important role in university talent cultivation considering the development of higher education and current situation of China's universities.As present management fails to meet the requirements of social education and students'personal development,universities should adopt the experiences of foreign counterparts and the theories of philosophy,psychology and sociology,etc.to establish a model of student affairs management suitable for students'development.
