摘  要:针对无基准面的同轴回转件,基于确定中心位置方法的关键技术在3+2轴非联动机床上展开实验研究,对比传统机械找正方法与圆度误差计算确定中心位置方法,选用精确的测量方法确定孔位;同时为避免工件在测量设备与加工设备间的转动和偏移,导致检测时的基准与加工时的定位基准不重合,采用在位测量技术,实现测量加工一体化,保证了测量与加工位置一致性。Aiming at the coaxial rotary parts with non-datum plane,based on the key technology of determining the center position method is on the 3 +2 axis non linkage machine tool, experimental research was carried out to compare the traditional mechanical alignment method with the roundness error calculation method to determine the center position,and the precise measurement method was selected to determine the hole position. At the same time,in order to avoid the rotation and deviation between the measuring equipment and the processing equipment, which leads to the non-coincidence of the benchmark during the detection and the positioning benchmark during the processing,the in-situ measurement technology was used to achieve the integration of measurement and processing, ensuring the consistency of measurement and processing position.
