摘　　要：目的:评估伴牙科畏惧症(DF)的重度低龄儿童龋(S-ECC)患儿在牙科全身麻醉技术(DGA)治疗后的口腔健康相关生活质量(OHRQoL)。方法:选择2016年6月至2017年10月在广西医科大学附属口腔医院儿童牙病科接受DGA的3~5岁、伴DF的S-ECC的93名儿童为研究对象。采用学龄前儿童口腔健康影响量表(ECOHIS)评估治疗前和治疗后1个月OHRQoL的情况。结果:S-ECC儿童DGA治疗后,对儿童的影响和对家庭的影响两部分的得分及总分均低于治疗前(P<0.001)。结论:DGA技术有助改善伴DF的S-ECC儿童的OHRQoL。Objective:To evaluate the oral health-related quality of life(OHRQoL)of children with severe-early childhood caries(S-ECC)combined with dental fear(DF)after treatment under dental general anesthesia(DGA).Methods:Ninety-three children aged from 3 to 5 years old with S-ECC complicated by DF who underwent DGA in the Department of Dental Dentistry of the College of Stomatology of Guangxi Medical University from June 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research subjects.The scores of the Early Childhood Oral Health Impact Scale(ECOHIS)were used to assess OHRQoL before and 1 month after treatment.Results:After DCA,the total scores and the scores of the impact on S-ECC children and on families were all lower than before treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion:DGA technology can improve the OHRQoL of S-ECC children with DF.
