摘 要:[目的]探究毛竹林下仿野生栽培,竹荪个体大小、品质和产量的变化。[方法]于田间和毛竹林建立竹荪样地,测定不同出菇期竹荪鲜菇和干菇的个体大小、产量和养分含量,比较田间和林下栽培对其产量和品质的影响。[结果]毛竹林下栽培竹荪出菇时间晚于田间栽培,但有效采收时间增加100%,产量提高47.2%。林下栽培竹荪鲜菇粗脂肪、氨基酸和可溶性糖含量比田间栽培分别高39.8%、37.0%和72.9%,粗蛋白含量比田间栽培低20.4%;林下栽培竹荪干菇粗脂肪、氨基酸和可溶性糖含量比田间栽培分别高33.0%、2.9%和57.3%,粗蛋白含量比田间栽培低32.4%。[结论]毛竹林下仿野生栽培有利于竹荪产量与品质的提高,是提高竹林综合经济效益的有效途径。[Purpose]To investigate the variations in size, quality and yield of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent. ex Pers.) Fisch cultivated in Phyllostachys edulis plantation. [Method] Two D.indusiata test plots in field and Phyllostachys edulis plantation were created in order to evaluate the quality, quantity and nutrient contents of fresh and dried D.indusiata in different ripening stages. [Result] The ripening time of D.indusiata cultivated in the Phyllostachys edulis plantation was later than that in the field, but the effective harvesting time was 100% longer and the average yield was 47.2% higher than those in field cultivation. Compared with field cultivation, the crude fat, amino acid, and soluble sugar content of fresh D.indusiata that cultivated in Phyllostachys edulis plantation increased by 39.8%, 37.0%, and 72.9%, respectively, while crude protein decreased by 20.4%. And the crude fat, amino acid and soluble sugar content of the dried D.indusiata that cultivated in Phyllostachys edulis plantation were 33.0%, 2.9% and 57.3% higher than those in the field, but the crude protein of the D.indusiata was 32.4% lower than that in the field. [Conclusion] D.indusiata cultivated in Phyllostachys edulis plantation is beneficial to the improvement of its yield and quality, which provides an efficient way in promoting composite economic benefits of plantation.
