复方彝药对羔羊生长性能及生理生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨复方彝药(JYB)对羔羊的促生长效果,将40只健康羔羊随机分为4个组,每组10只羊。对照组喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮添加8 g/kg、5 g/kg和2.4 g/kg的JYB,试验期为60 d。结果表明,与对照组比,试验组羔羊的日增重均显著升高(P<0.05),料重比均显著下降(P<0.05)。与对照组比,试验组的血清葡萄糖(Glu)和尿素氮(Bun)均降低(P<0.05或P>0.05),而血清中的总蛋白(T-Pro)、肌酐(Cre)、总胆固醇(T-Cho)、甲状腺素(T4)、碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、生长激素(GH)均升高(P<0.05或P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组的血红蛋白(HCB)和红细胞总数(RBC)有升高的趋势(P>0.05),红细胞体积分布宽度变异系数显著升高(RDW-CV)(P<0.05),而淋巴细胞数(LY)、中间细胞数(Mid)、中性粒细胞数(Gran)及白细胞总数(WBC)均不同程度的降低(P<0.05或P>0.05)。由此可见,JYB可通过调节相关激素影响营养物质的代谢和造血机能,对羔羊有明显的促生长作用。This experiment was conducted to investigate effect of compound Yi nationality herbal medicine(JYB)on growth performance of lamb.Forty healthy lambs were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 lambs per group.Lambs in the control group were fed a basal diet,lambs in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 8 g/kg、5 g/kg、2.4 g/kg JYB,respectively.The experiment period lasted for 60 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the average daily gain of lambs of the experimental groups were all significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio of those were all significantly degraded(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the glucose(Glu)and urea nitrogen(Bun)of the experimental groups were decreased(P<0.05 or P>0.05),the total serum protein(T-Pro),creatinine(Cre),total cholesterol(T-Cho),thyroxine(T4),insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1),growth hormone(GH)and triiodothyronine(T3)of those were increased(P<0.05 or P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the hemoglobin(HCB)and red cell count(RBC)of the experimental groups showed an increasing trend(P>0.05),the coefficient of variation of RBC volume distribution width(RDW-CV)of those were significantly increased(P<0.05).The lymphocyte count(LY),intermediate cell count(Mid),heterophil granulocyte count(Gran)and total white cell count(WBC)of the experimental groups were degreaded in different degrees(P<0.05 or P>0.05).It is concluded that JYB can affect metabolism of nutrients and hematopoietic function by regulating hormone,and can significantly improve the growth performance of lamp.
