摘　　要：高校学科建设系统作为一个复杂的适应性系统,其进化、发展与自然界的进化、发展存在诸多相通之处,具有一般生态系统的基本特征,遵循生态学中的生态位理论。借鉴生态学中的生态位理论,基于生态仿生学原理研究新疆高校学科生态位及其竞争态势,既是对生态位理论应用的有益尝试,又是对新疆高校学科建设与发展、管理决策等实践的探索创新。The discipline construction system of universities as a complex adaptive system shares many similarities with the natural world in terms evolution and development. Both of them have the basic characteristics of the general ecosystem and follow the niche theory in ecology. Using the niche theory in ecology and the principle of ecological bionics to study the niche and competition situation of Xinjiang colleges and universities is not only a constructive application of the niche theory, but also an innovative exploration into the discipline construction and development, management and decision-making of universities.
