摘 要:目的:通过对糖尿病前期大鼠的针刺干预,探讨"调理脾胃针法"对糖尿病前期大鼠的降糖作用机制。方法:将雄性健康Wistar大鼠40只按随机数字表法分为空白组10只和模型组30只,采用高糖高脂饲料诱导建立2型糖尿病前期肥胖大鼠模型。将成模后大鼠按随机数字表法分为针刺组、模型组、西药组各10只,空白组不做任何干预,针刺组给予"调理脾胃针法",西药组给予盐酸二甲双胍灌胃,模型组采用相同方法抓取、穿衣,干预前后测量体质量、血糖、FINS、ISI、血脂及FFA。结果:干预后模型组较空白组体质量下降,FBG、P2BG、FINS、ISI、TC、TG、LDL-C、FFA水平均显著升高,HDL-C显著下降;针刺组与模型组比较,体质量升高,FBG、P2BG、FINS、ISI、TC、TG、LDL-C、FFA水平显著降低,HDL-C水平显著升高,且较西药组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:"调理脾胃针法"可改善糖尿病前期大鼠的糖、脂、FFA水平,提高胰岛素敏感性,改善胰岛素抵抗,为降低或逆转糖尿病前期提供实验证据。Objective: To investigate the mechanism of hypoglycemic effect of ’Regulating the spleen and stomach acupuncture’ on rats with diabetes mellitus by acupuncture intervention. Methods: 40 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 10 blank groups and 30 model groups. The model of obesity in early stage of type 2 diabetes was established with high sugar and high fat feed induction. The rats were randomly divided into acupuncture group, model group and Western medicine group. The blank group did not make any intervention. The acupuncture group was given the ’Regulating the spleen and stomach acupuncture’, and the Western medicine group was given Metformin hydrochloride for gastric irrigation. The model group used the same method to grab and dress. Before and after the intervention, weight, blood sugar, FINS, ISI, lipid and FFA were measured. Results: The weight, FBG, P2 BG, FINS,ISI,TC,TG,LDL-C,FFA were significantly increased, and HDL-C decreased. Comparing the acupuncture group with the model group, the weight increased, the levels of FBG, P2 BG, FINS, ISI, TC, TG, LDL-C, and FFA decreased significantly, and the level of HDL-C increased significantly, and there was no significant difference compared to the Western group.Conclusion: ’Regulating the spleen and stomach acupuncture’ can improve the level of blood sugar, lipid and FFA, improve insulin sensitivity and insulin resistance in rats with pre-diabetes, and provide strong experimental evidence for reducing or reversing pre-diabetes.
