摘　　要：一带一路对古丝绸之路的传承和提升具有重要的经济、文化和政治意义,它不仅为中医药国际合作与交流迎来了崭新的历史机遇,同时也面临诸多困难与挑战。本文关注岭南中医药在海外的发展,从海外药物输入、药材出口、成药出口三个方面逐一分析,梳理与我国历史文化渊源和历史上的民族医药往来历程,了解岭南中医药在海外的贸易发展历程中促进经济合作、文化交流的作用和基础。广州的对外贸易史也是一部医药对外贸易史,同时实现了中医学与中国文化的交流与传播,利于读者了解历史上岭南中医药的海外贸易,为中医药走出国门和外来药材的引入提供借鉴。The "belt and road" has important economic, cultural, and political significance for the inheritance and promotion of the ancient silk road. The "belt and road" strategy has ushered in a new historical opportunity for international cooperation and exchange of chinese medicine, but it is also faces many difficulties and challenges. By expounding the overseas trade development of Lingnan traditional chinese medicine and pharmacology, from the perspectives of overseas drug input, medicinal materials export, and medicine export,this paper reviews the historical and cultural origins of China and the history of ethnic medicine exchanges, and understands the role and foundation of Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine in promoting economic cooperation and cultural exchange in the overseas trade development process. The history of overseas trade in Guangzhou is also the history of overseas trade in medicine.At the same time,it realizes the communication and dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese culture. It’s help to understand the overseas trade of Lingnan Traditional Chinese Medicine in the history, and provide reference for the Introduction of foreign medicinal materials and Chinese medicine goes abroad.
