苄星头孢匹林乳房注入剂无菌检查方法的研究

摘　　要：本文建立了苄星头孢匹林乳房注入剂的无菌检查方法。采用酶中和-直接接种法联用的无菌检查法,根据《中国兽药典》2015年版一部附录要求进行试验。分别进行了培养基的灵敏度和无菌检查、方法适用性试验。结果表明:培养基的灵敏度和无菌检查均符合要求,青霉素酶加入量为至少1.2×10^8 U(每1 mL供试品加入不少于200万U),可有效消除样品的抗菌活性对检查带来的干扰,此方法可靠、准确,可作为苄星头孢匹林乳房注入剂的无菌检查方法。A method of sterility test for intramammary infusion of cephapirin benzathine was established in this study.The enzyme neutralization-direct inoculation method was used to verify the method on the basis of the appendix to Veterinary Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2015 edition).Sensitivity and sterility tests of medium applicability test were carried out for the method.The results showed that both the sensitivity and sterility tests of medium were satisfactory.The antibacterial activity of various strains in the samples could be eliminated by adding at least 1.2 million units of penicillinase(at least 2 million units for 1 mL sample).The present method was reliable and accurate and applicable to the sterility test of intramammary infusion of cephapirin benzathine.
