摘  要:目的开展B超探头微生物污染的流行病学调查,掌握微生物污染的分布特点,为制定控制对策提供依据。方法通过现场抽样检测方法,对2018年10月-2018年12月潍坊市中医院超声科使用的B超探头进行清洁或消毒,根据措施不同分为医用卫生纸巾进行清洁处理(清洁组)和医用含复方双链季铵盐消毒湿巾进行消毒处理(消毒组)。采用细菌培养法,对其细菌学监测和消毒效果进行评价。结果体表B超探头共清洁和消毒87个样品,其中清洁组58个样本中2个样本菌落总数>200 CFU/件,判定为不合格,消毒组29个样本中1个样本菌落总数>200 CFU/件,判定为不合格,两组微生物污染检测合格率均为96.55%。监测出表皮葡萄球菌27株,杰氏棒杆菌21株,耳炎苏黎世菌17株,枯草芽胞杆菌1株,均未检出致病菌如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌等。阴道B超探头用2种方式处理的15个样品,样本菌落总数均<20 CFU/件,未检出致病菌,均判定为合格。结论医院现行的B超探头清洁消毒措施达到规定的医院感染预防控制要求。同时,依据B超探头的微生物污染情况,为预防医用超声设备可能引起的医院感染及交叉感染提供预防控制措施。OBJECTIVE To conduct the epidemiological survey of microbial contamination of B-ultrasonic probe and understand the distribution of microbial contamination so as to provide guidance for development of control strategies. METHODS By means of onsite sampling examination, the B-ultrasound probes that were used in Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Oct 2018 to Dec 2018 were cleaned and disinfected.The probes that were cleaned by using medical wipes were assigned as the cleaning group, while the probes that were disinfected with medical wipes containing compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt were set as the disinfection group.The bacterial culture was carried out, and the result of bacteriological surveillance and the disinfection effects were observed. RESULTS A total of 87 body surface B-ultrasonic probes samples were cleaned and disinfected, 2 of 58 samples that carried with the bacterial colony counts more than 200 CFU/piece in total were defined as unqualified in the cleaning group, while, 1 of 29 samples that carried with the bacterial colony counts more than 200 CFU/piece in total was defined as unqualified in the disinfection group.The qualified rates of detection of microbial contamination were 96.55% in both groups.Totally 27 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis, 21 strains of Corynebacterium japonicus, 17 strains of Zurichia otitis and 1 strain of Bacillus subtilis spores were isolated;the pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were not detected.Totally 15 samples of vaginal B-ultrasonic probes that were treated with the two approaches and carried with the bacterial colony counts less than 20 CFU/piece were defined as qualified. CONCLUSION The existing measures for cleaning and disinfection of the B-ultrasonic probes meet the specified requirements for prevention and control of nosocomial infection, meanwhile, the microbial contamination of the B-ultrasonic probes may provide guidance for prevention and control of nosocomial infection an
