摘 要:为探讨以穿心莲内酯为主的两种复合免疫增强剂对黄鳝[初重(25.00±0.05)g]生长、免疫及生理生化指标的影响,试验设置F0(基础饲料)、F1(基础饲料+0.05%穿心莲内酯+0.05%三丁酸甘油酯+0.02%胆汁酸+0.04%甘露寡糖)、F2(基础饲料+0.05%穿心莲内酯+0.05%三丁酸甘油酯+0.02%牛磺酸+0.05%黄芪多糖)共3个处理组,每组3个重复,养殖试验持续56 d。结果显示:①与F0组相比,F1、F2组增重率和特定生长率均有显著上升(P<0.05),饵料系数均显著降低(P<0.05),并且F2组肠道淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);②与F0组相比,各复配组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高,丙二醛含量与其相反(P<0.05),并且F1组血清中过氧化氢酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);③各组中血糖和总胆固醇含量无显著差异(P>0.05),与F0组相比,各复配组血清谷丙转氨酶活性和低密度脂蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),F1组高密度脂蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),且各复配组谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性和低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在此条件下,饲料中添加以穿心莲内酯为主的复合免疫增强剂能够促进黄鳝生长、增强机体免疫力,其中F1组效果更好,F2组次之。In order to investigate the effects of two kinds of compound immunopotentiators based on andrographolide on the growth,immunity and physiological and biochemical indexes of eel[initial weight:(25.00±0.05)g],there were F0(basal feed),F1(basal feed+0.05%andrographis+0.05%tributyrin+0.02%bile acid+0.04%mannooligosaccharide)and F2(basal feed+0.05%andrographolide+0.05%tributyrin+0.02%taurine+0.05%Astragalus polysaccharide)in this experiment,three treatment groups,each with 3 replicates,and the culture experiment lasted 56 days.The results showed that:①Compared with F0 group,the weight gain rate and survival rate of F1 and F2 groups increased(P<0.05),the feed coefficient decreased significantly(P<0.05).The activity of intestinal amylase and trypsin in F2 group was significantly higher than that of F0 group(P<0.05);②Compared with F0 group,the activity of serum superoxide dismutase was significantly increased in each compound group,and the content of malondialdehyde was opposite(P<0.05).And the activities of catalase in serum of F1 groups were significantly increased;③There was no significant difference in blood glucose and total cholesterol between the groups(P>0.05).Compared with F0 group,serum alanine in each compound group and lowdensity lipoprotein levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05),high-density lipoprotein levels were significantly decreased in F1 group(P<0.05),and aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase activity and low-density lipoprotein,high density in each compounding group.There was no significant difference in lipoprotein content(P>0.05).In summary,under the experimental conditions,the addition of andrographolide-based composite immunopotentiator can promote the growth of eel and enhance the immunity of the body.The effect of F1 group is better,followed by F2 group.
