摘  要:本文以豚草提取物为囊芯材料,壳聚糖和阿拉伯胶为囊壁材料,通过正交试验筛选壳聚糖/阿拉伯胶-豚草提取物微胶囊的最佳制备组合,并对制备的微胶囊进行性能测定研究,结果表明:壳聚糖/阿拉伯胶-豚草提取物微胶囊最佳制备组合为壳聚糖质量分数为0.4%,阿拉伯胶质量分数为2%,芯壁比为1∶1,成囊pH3.5,成囊时间80 min,对成囊的影响大小排序为芯壁比>阿拉伯胶质量分数>成囊pH>壳聚糖质量分数>成囊时间。扫描电镜显示微胶囊剂外部形态规则,大小均匀,外壁光滑,杂质较少。壳聚糖/阿拉伯胶-豚草提取物微胶囊缓释性能好于豚草提取物。Ragweed extract as well as chitosan and acacia gum were used as the capsule as the core and wall material.Orthogonal test was used to select the best combination of chitosan/gum acacia-ragweed extract microcapsules prepared by composite coacervation method,and the performance of the prepared microcapsules was studied.The results showed that the best preparation combination of chitosan/acacia gum-ragweed extract microcapsules was 0.4%chitosan mass fraction,2%acacia gum mass fraction,core-to-wall ratio of 1:1,encapsulation pH 3.5 and encapsulation time 80 min.The order of influence on the capsule formation was core-wall ratio>acacia gum mass fraction>capsule formation pH>chitosan mass fraction>capsule formation time.Scanning electron microscopy showed that the microcapsules had a regular external shape,uniform size,smooth outer walls and less impurities.Chitosan/acacia gum-ragweed extract microcapsules had better sustained release properties than ragweed extract.
