摘 要:注塑机的注射速度是影响塑料成品品质的一个重要因素,实现良好的注射速度控制难度较大。在现有文献研究的基础上,提出了一种改进的PID控制器。该控制器由常规PID控制器加一个设定点滤波器构成。利用注塑机注射速度系统的一阶积分时滞模型,进行了仿真实验,结果表明,改进的PID控制器具有良好的追踪性能和调节性能,并且鲁棒性较好,能够满足注塑机注射速度控制的需求。The injection speed of injection molding machine is an important factor that affecting the quality of plastic products and it is hard for controlling the injection speed. A new improved PID controller based on the existing literature research was proposed which was consisted of a conventional PID controller and a set-point filter. The simulation experiment of the method was carried out under the first-order integrating time-delay model of the injection speed system of the injection molding machine. The results show that the improved PID controller has good tracking performance and adjustment performance, and has good robustness, which can meet the needs of injection speed control of injection molding machine.
