摘  要:建立了快速检测硅油纸中二异丙基萘(DIPN)迁移量的气相色谱-质谱法。样品采用50%乙醇和异辛烷作为预期接触含酒精类和油性的食品模拟物,40℃进行2 h的迁移试验。迁移后的模拟液加入内标液经过超声、混匀后取上清液直接进样,选择性离子模式扫描,内标法定量。结果表明,二异丙基萘(DIPN)迁移量的线性范围0.1~100 mg/kg、检出限0.5 mg/kg、定量限(以信噪比≥10计)1.0 mg/kg;在3个加标水平下,平均加标回收率82.0%~95.34%、相对标准偏差2.08%~3.95%(n=6)。检测方法具有优异的灵敏度和稳定性,满足对硅油纸中二异丙基萘(DIPN)迁移量的分析检测和准确定量。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the rapid detection of diisopropylnaphthalene(DIPN) migration in silicone paper. 50% ethanol and isooctane were used as the food simulants intended to contact with alcoholic and oily foods, respectively. The samples were subjected to a 2 h migration test at 40℃. The internal standard solution was added into the simulant liquid after migration and the proposed solution was ultrasonically treated. The supernatant was taken for direct injection and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry in selective ion monitoring(SIM)mode. The content of DIPN was calibrated by the internal standard method. The results showed that the linear range of migration of diisopropylnaphthalene(DIPN) was 0.1~100 mg/kg;the detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg;the limit of quantification(in terms of signal-to-noise ratio ≥ 10) was 1.0 mg/kg;The average spiked recoveries at the three spike levels were 82.0%~95.34%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.08%~3.95%(n=6). The method has excellent sensitivity and stability, and satisfies the analysis and accurate quantification of the migration amount of diisopropylnaphthalene(DIPN)in silicone paper.
