β2糖蛋白I抗体在缺血性脑卒中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的通过检测抗β2糖蛋白I抗体(β2GPI)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在不同人群的水平,探讨β2GPI抗体在缺血性脑卒中的作用。方法收集2017年12月1日-2018年8月31日在郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院进行就诊的80例缺血性脑卒中患者作为观察组,并选取同期进行健康体检的50例体检者作为对照组,分别采用酶联免疫定量法和酶循环法检测其血清中的β2GPI抗体和Hcy的水平并比较其差异性。结果观察组β2GPI抗体水平及Hcy水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。β2GPI抗体和Hcy检测在缺血性脑卒中中有一定的应用价值;2个指标联合检测发现,其曲线下面积较两者单独检测时的曲线下面积均有所增加,灵敏度和特异度也有所提高。结论β2GPI抗体与缺血性脑卒中的发生有着较强的相关性,可以作为其发生的危险因子,并且可以与Hcy联合检测,从而对缺血性脑卒中的高发人群进行综合评估。Objective To explore the role of anti beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody in ischemic stroke by detecting the levels of anti beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody and homocysteine(Hcy)in different populations.Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed ischemic stroke were collected in Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from December 1,2017 to August31,2018 as observation group.Meanwhile,50 healthy persons who underwent physical examination during the same period were collected as control group.The levels of anti beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody and Hcy in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and enzyme cycle method.Results The levels of beta 2 GPI antibody and Hcy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The detection of beta 2 GPI antibody and Hcy had certain application value in ischemic stroke.In addition,when combining detection of the two indicators,we found that the area under the curve(AUC)increased compared with the two indicators detecting separately,and the sensitivity and specificity were also improved.Conclusion There is a strong correlation between anti beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody and the occurrence of ischemic stroke which can be used as a risk factor for its occurrence.Also,we can comprehensively evaluate the high incidence of ischemic stroke by combining anti beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody with Hcy.
