西帕依固龈液联合牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病并发牙周炎患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在牙周基础治疗和常规降糖治疗基础上联合西帕依固龈液治疗对2型糖尿病并发牙周炎患者的临床效果。方法选取湖北省仙桃市第一人民医院2016年12月至2018年2月收治的2型糖尿病并发牙周炎患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组患者进行牙周基础治疗+常规降糖治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合西帕依固龈液治疗;比较2组治疗前以及治疗3个月后牙周状况指标牙周附着丧失(AL)、探诊深度、龈沟出血指数(BI)水平以及空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平。结果治疗前,2组患者AL、探诊深度、BI水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,2组患者AL、探诊深度水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组[(3.8±0.7)mm比(4.2±0.7)mm、(3.2±0.5)mm比(3.4±0.6)mm],观察组BI低于治疗前,且低于对照组[(2.4±0.4)%比(2.6±0.4)%],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,2组患者空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组[(8.4±0.7)mmol/L比(8.8±1.2)mmol/L、(7.8±0.5)%比(8.3±1.0)%],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液联合牙周基础治疗能够有效改善2型糖尿病并发牙周炎患者的牙周状况,并可改善常规降糖治疗的效果。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Xipayi mouth rinse combined with periodontal basic treatment and routine hypoglycemic therapy in type 2 diabetic patients with periodontitis.Methods Totally76 periodontitis patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Xiantao First People’s Hospital from December 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated with periodontal basic treatment and standard glucose-lowering therapy;the observation group was treated with Xipayi mouth rinse additionally.After 3 months of treatment,periodontal attachment loss(AL),probing depth(PD),bleeding index(BI),fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb Alc)levels were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in AL,PD and BI between groups(all P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,AL and PD significantly reduced in both groups and the indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group[(3.8±0.7)mm vs(4.2±0.7)mm,(3.2±0.5)mm vs(3.4±0.6)mm];BI significantly decreased in observation group and it was lower than that in control group[(2.4±0.4)%vs(2.6±0.4)%](all P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose and HbA1c levels between groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,levels of fasting blood glucose and HbA1c significantly decreased in both groups and the levels in observation group were lower than those in control group[(8.4±0.7)mmol/L vs(8.8±1.2)mmol/L,(7.8±0.5)%vs(8.3±1.0)%](all P<0.05).Conclusion Xipayi mouth rinse combined with periodontal basic treatment can effectively improve periodontal condition and blood glucose control in periodontitis patients with type 2 diabetes.
