摘　　要：目的分析医院药师在医疗保险合理用药与费用管理中的作用。方法通过处方审核/点评、药品预算与动态监测、抗菌药物管理等合理用药管理措施及临床药学咨询与宣教、专业药学培训、个体化精准指导等药学服务措施,促进医疗保险合理用药及用药费用良好控制。结果通过药师的多方位干预,患者药品费用大幅下降、药品使用结构更加合理、不良反应与药害事件发生率降低,节约了医疗保险费用。结论药师能够在医疗保险合理用药与费用管理中起到重要作用。Objective To analyze the role of pharmacists in rational drug use and cost management of medical insurance.Methods Prescription review/comment,drug budget and dynamic assessment,antimicrobial drug management,clinical pharmaceutical consultation and training,personalized pharmaceutical guidance and care measures were performed to promote the rational drug use and costs of medical insurance.Results With the intervention of pharmacists,drug use was more reasonable and the cost significantly decreased.Incidence rates of adverse reactions and drug injury events decreased.The total amount of medical insurance cost was saved.Conclusion Pharmacists play an important role in rational drug use and cost management of medical insurance.
