摘 要:目的:探讨miR-223及Hsp 70在乳腺浸润性导管癌患者肿瘤组织和癌旁组织中的表达差异。方法:使用Real-time PCR检测肿瘤组织和癌旁组织miR-223的表达水平,并对乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的肿瘤组织及癌旁组织切片,并且对组织中Hsp 70进行免疫组化染色后,进行观察和分析。结果:肿瘤组织中的miR-223表达水平显著高于对照癌旁组织(P<0.01)。而Hsp 70在大部分的浸润性导管癌的癌细胞及组织中表达显著高于癌旁的增生性导管及正常导管上皮。结论:miR-223与Hsp 70表达存在一定的正相关性,并为设计乳腺癌新的靶向治疗策略提供了新的可能。Objective:To observe the differential expression of miR-223 and Hsp 70 in invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC)and adjacent tissues.Methods:The miR-223 expression in IDC and adjacent tissues was examined by Real-time PCR.The distribution of HSP 70 in IDC and adjacent tissue sections was achieved by immunohistochemical staining.Results:The miR-223 expression in IDC tissue was significantly higher than the control adjacent tissue(P<0.01).And HSP 70 expression in most IDC cells or tissues was significantly higher than adjacent tissues.Conclusion:The results suggest that the expression of miR-223 and HSP 70 positive correlation,and provides new possibilities for the design of new targeted treatment strategies for breast cancer.
