摘　　要：目的调查哈尔滨地区男性肿瘤患者生殖损伤风险与保护现状并予以分析。方法将自2016年4月至2018年4月时间段本院收治的男性肿瘤患者600例以及86例肿瘤科、血液科医生记为研究对象。采用临床问卷调查表对患者关于生殖保护的相关问题进行调查,采用医生临床问卷调查表完成医生的评估。此外,对在本院接受精子冷冻保存的63例患者相关资料进行分析。结果精液冷冻保存原因为恶性肿瘤、血液系统疾病、生殖系统疾病、规避风险等肿瘤患者冻存后精子浓度相比冻存前均较低(P<0.05)。63例行精液冷冻保存患者对精液冷冻信息的获得途径主要为医生建议,占比为69.84%(44/63),其次为资料查阅以及他人转告,占比分别为17.46%(11/63)、12.70%(8/63)。结论哈尔滨地区男性肿瘤患者生殖损伤风险较高,且保护现状不容乐观,医患双方应就生殖损伤保护应用仍需进一步的提高。Objective To investigate and analyze the risk and protection of reproductive injury in male cancer patients in Harbin.Methods From April 2016 to April 2018,600 cases of male tumor patients and 86 cases of oncology department admitted to our hospital were recorded as the subject of the study.The clinical questionnaire was used to investigate the related problems of reproductive protection,and the doctor clinical questionnaire was used to complete the evaluation of doctors.In addition,the data of 63 patients undergoing sperm cryopreservation in our hospital were analyzed.Results The causes of semen cryopreservation were malignant tumor,blood system disease,reproductive system disease,risk aversion and other tumor patients with lower sperm concentration after cryopreservation than before cryopreservation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Among the 63 patients with semen cryopreservation,the main access to semen cryopreservation information was doctor's advice,accounting for 69.84%(44/63),followed by data access and others'information,accounting for 17.46%(11/63)and 12.70%(8/63),respectively.Conclusions The risk of reproductive injury of male tumor patients in Harbin is high,and the current situation of protection is not optimistic.
