摘　　要：自2019年12月起,我国爆发了一场进展迅猛的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情。病原体新型冠状病毒(2019 novel coronavirus,2019-nCov),其传播性强、传播范围广、人群普遍易感的疫情现状,对全国人民造成了不小的影响和心理压力。肿瘤患者群体,因其基础心理状态的特殊性,则需承受相比常人更大的心理压力。对其自身肿瘤基础疾病的治疗、感染新型冠状病毒的风险以及疫情防控工作的有序开展等,都影响患者的心理状态。本文旨在分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下肿瘤患者的心理状态,并探讨相应的调整策略。为当前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情时期肿瘤患者防控工作提供新的思路和方案。Since December 2019,a novel outbreak of coronavirus pneumonia has broken out in China.The 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCov),causes a lot of influence and psychological pressure to the Chinese people,for its strong transmissibility,wide range of transmission,general susceptibility of the population situation.Due to the particularity of their basic psychological state,cancer patients have to bear more psychological pressure compared with ordinary people.The treatment of tumors,the risk of novel coronavirus infection and the orderly prevention and control of the epidemic will be affected.The purpose of this study is to analyze the psychological state of tumor patients under the novel coronavirus epidemic situation,and further,to explore the corresponding adjustment strategies,to provide new ideas and schemes for the prevention and control plan of cancer patients.
