摘　　要：文章阐述了新车型在调试过程中,涂装车间PVC喷涂机器人喷涂工艺自主调试过程,着重讨论从机器人示教准备、机器人示教、带胶喷涂PVC质量调试三个方面。同时,阐述在新车型调试过程中出现的质量问题进行分析并提出创新的解决措施。The paper mainly study on the Independent adjustment process of the spraying technology of PVC spraying robot in the painting workshop is mainly discussed from three aspects: Preparation of robot teaching, robot teaching and PVC quality adjustment of rubber spraying. At the same time, the quality problems in the process of new vehicle debugging are analyzed and the innovative solutions are put forward.
