地方普通高校“331”人才培养模式的建构研究

摘　　要：地方普通高校人才培养要有自身特点与优势,"理论知识面宽泛、专业技能突出"应该是其关注的重点。文章以材料成型及控制工程专业为例,阐述建构"331"人才培养模式需要采取的具体措施。要切实强化课程建设与教学改革,立足学以致用,完善理论与实践教学体系,加强职业能力培养,强调个性化培养,注重产学研结合。The cultivation of talents in local colleges and universities should have its own characteristics and advantages,and its focus should be on the wide range of theoretical knowledge and outstanding professional skills. Taking material forming and control engineering as an example, this paper expounds the concrete measures to be taken to construct the "331" talent training mode. We should strengthen the construction of courses and the reform of teaching, base on the application of learning, improve the teaching system of theory and practice, strengthen the training of professional ability, emphasize the individualized training, and pay attention to the combination of production, teaching and research.
