公路工程人工单价影响因素问卷设计及信度效度分析

摘　　要：随着经济社会的不断发展,公路工程建设环境的不断变化,各省修订公路工程人工费标准的需求也愈发迫切。人工单价的确定需要从解释模型出发,设计出一套符合实际的预测模型,并与所调查得到的现行人工单价的换算值相验证,因而在得到预测模型之前首先需要确定准确的影响因素。文章通过文献分析法和实地调查法,分别针对施工管理人员和现场作业人员编制设计出两套公路工程人工费影响因素问卷,并对海南16个公路工程项目进行问卷调查,共收回2194份有效问卷。通过问卷调查结果得到8个影响公路工程人工单价的因素,分别为工人人数、GDP、建筑业总产值、社会平均工资、CPI、技术进步、公路建设投资以及企业新增情况。最后通过SPSS进行信度与效度检验,其中以Alpha信度系数代表信度检验结果,以KMO和Bartlett’s检验代表效度检验结果,均表现良好,通过检验。With the continuous development of economy and society and the changing environment of highway engineering construction,it is more and more urgent for provinces to revise the labor cost standard of highway engineering.The determination oflabor unit price needs to design a set of reasonable and practical prediction model from the interpretation model,and verify with the current conversion value of the investigative labor unit price.Therefore,it is neces sary to determine the accurate influencing factors before obtaining the prediction model.Through literature analysis and field survey,this paper compiles and designs twokinds of questionnaire on the influencing factors of highway engineering labor costsfor construction management personnel and field operation personnel respectively.conducts a questionnaire survey on 16 highway engineering projects in Hainan Province,and retrieves 2194 valid questionnaires.Through the results of the questionnaire survey,eight factors affecting the labor unit price of highway engineering are obtained:the number of workers,GDP,total output value of construction industry,average social wage,CPI,technological progress,investment in highway construction and the increase of enterprises.Finally,SPSS was used for reliability and validity tests.Alpha reliability coefficient represented the reliability test results,and KMO and Bartlett's tests represented the validity test results.All of them performed well and passed the test.
