摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情给公众和医务人员带来巨大的心理压力。疫情防控期间,做好系统组织支持、提升医务人员的压力承受能力,是医院应急管理工作的重要组成部分。文章主要介绍了医院基于组织支持感理论,从信息支持、工具支持、情感支持和评价支持四个途径入手对于医务人员开展的一些组织心理支持具体做法,并分享实践体会。Corona virus disease 2019 has brought enormous psychological pressure to the public and medical staff.During the period of epidemic prevention and control,it is an important part of hospital emergency management to do a good job in organizing and supporting the system and improving the stress tolerance of medical staff.Based on the theory of perceived organizational support,this paper mainly introduces some specific methods of organizational psychological support for medical staff from four ways of information support,tool support,emotional support and evaluation support,and shares practical experience.
