摘 要:目的了解大学生死亡认知态度现状及对死亡教育课程的需求,为提高大学生心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用分层抽样法对杭州市753名大学生进行调查和分析。结果调查大学生死亡态度描绘量表(death attitude profile-revised,DAP-R)总得分为(88.17±15.68)分,其中,自然接受维度得分最高[(3.96±0.71)分],逃离接受维度得分最低[(2.35±0.90)分];不同宗教信仰和家庭对待死亡态度不同的学生总得分有所不同(F=9.863、5.723,P<0.01);多元逐步线性回归分析结果显示,宗教信仰、家庭对待死亡的态度对大学生的死亡态度有影响(P<0.01)。31.7%的大学生表示了解死亡教育相关知识,61.1%希望设置死亡教育课程。结论大学生普遍缺乏对死亡的深入认识及思考,但对死亡的总体态度趋向中性。建议在高校广泛推广死亡教育,有效设置课程内容及实施方式。Objective To understand Hangzhou city college students’level of cognition and attitude toward death and their needs of death education programs,so as to provide basis for improving college students’mental health.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was employed to survey 753 undergraduates in Hangzhou.Results Of the 753 undergraduates surveyed,the total score of death attitude profile-revised(DAP-R)was 88.17±15.68,of which the highest score was the dimension score of neutral acceptance,being 3.96±0.71,while the lowest score was the escape acceptance,which was 2.35±0.90.Students coming from different religious beliefs and family backgrounds were found to hold attitudes toward death and achieved different total scores(F=9.863,5.723;P<0.01).Multi-regression analysis indicated that religious beliefs and family attitude towards death were the factors influencing the subjects’attitude toward death.31.7%of undergraduates claimed to have relevant knowledge of death education,while 61.1%of the subjects hoped to have access to death education programs.Conclusions Hangzhou city college students generally have inadequate knowledge and thinking about death.However,the overall attitude toward death among the students is moderate.Therefore,death education should be widely promoted in universities while the curriculum content and implementation methods should be formulated accordingly.
