摘 要:目的探讨有色滤光镜对视网膜色素变性患者的对比敏感度和主观视觉感受的影响。方法选择原发性视网膜色素变性患者20名,采用Mars对比敏感度数字式检查表分别检测视网膜色素变性患者佩戴黄色、红茶色、琥珀色和灰色滤光镜时的对比敏感度,采用主观视觉评定量表调查视网膜色素变性患者佩戴黄色、红茶色、琥珀色和灰色滤光镜时的主观视觉感受。结果视网膜色素变性患者右、左和双眼佩戴黄色和红茶色滤光镜时,对比敏感度均高于不佩戴有色滤光镜;佩戴黄色和红茶色滤光镜时,右、左和双眼的对比敏感度均高于佩戴琥珀色和灰色滤光镜;佩戴琥珀色滤光镜时,右眼和双眼的对比敏感度均高于佩戴灰色滤光镜,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双眼佩戴黄色和红茶色滤光镜时,视网膜色素变性患者的主观视觉评定量表评分均高于佩戴琥珀色滤光镜;双眼佩戴黄色滤光镜时,视网膜色素变性患者的主观视觉评定量表评分高于佩戴灰色滤光镜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论作为一种非光学助视器,黄色和红茶色滤光镜可提高视网膜色素变性患者的对比敏感度和主观视觉感受。Objective To evaluate the effect of color-filters on the contrast sensitivity and the subjective visual perception of patients with retinitis pigmentosa(RP).Methods Firstly,20 patients diagnosed with RP were chosen as the subjects of study.Secondly,Mars Number Contrast Sensitivity Test was used to measure the contrast sensitivity of the subjects at the times of wearing yellow,reddish brown,amber and gray filters.Then subjective visual perception questionnaire was used to record the changes of the subjective visual perception at the times of wearing a yellow,reddish brown,amber and gray filter.Results The contrast sensitivity of the right or the left eye and of both eyes of RP patients at the times of wearing yellow and reddish brown filters were higher than those at the times without wearing any color-filters.The contrast sensitivity of the right or the left eye and of both eyes of RP patients at the times of wearing yellow and reddish brown filters were higher than those at the times of wearing amber and gray filters.The contrast sensitivity of the right eye and of both eyes at the times of wearing amber filters were higher than those while wearing gray ones.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The subjective visual perception rating score achieved by the RP patients at the times of wearing yellow and reddish brown filters were higher than those while wearing amber filters.The subjective visual perception rating score achieved by the RP patients at the times of wearing yellow filter on both eyes were higher than those while wearing gray filter.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions As non-optical low vision aids,yellow and reddish brown filters can effectively improve the contrast sensitivity and subjective visual perception of RP patients.
