摘　　要：分析了研究型辅导员队伍建设的必要性,阐述了其本质和内涵,从增强遴选力度,把握入口关等方面论述了拓展研究型辅导员队伍建设的新途径。This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of research-oriented counselor team,expounds its essence and connotation,and discusses the new ways to expand the construction of research-oriented counselors from two aspects of strengthening the selection and grasping the entrance.
