自制玄黄通腑膏贴脐疗法治疗老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者功能性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制玄黄通腑膏贴脐疗法对老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者功能性便秘的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至7月无锡市中医医院接受治疗的40例老年晚期恶性肿瘤功能性便秘患者,采用抽签分组法,随机将其分为试验组及对照组,每组20例。对照组给予乳果糖口服液口服,试验组在对照组基础上加用自制的玄黄通腑膏贴敷神阙穴。观察两组治疗效果。结果验组治疗有效率为90.00%,高于对照组55.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制玄黄通腑膏贴脐疗法可以有效缓解老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者的功能性便秘。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of self-made Xuanhuang Tongfu paste on functional constipation in elderly patients with advanced malignant tumor.Methods From January to July 2019,40 elderly patients with functional constipation of advanced malignant tumor were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given lactulose oral solution,and the experimental group was added with self-made Xuanhuang Tongfu ointment to the Shenque point on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect was compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,higher than 55.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Xuanhuang Tongfufu paste can effectively relieve functional constipation in elderly patients with advanced malignant tumor.
