综合康复治疗巨轴索神经病1例

摘　　要：天津市武清区中医医院收治巨轴索神经病患儿一例,在符合人体生物力学的基础上,采用运动疗法及电脑中频药透、蜡饼法、理筋针刺法相结合的综合方法对巨轴索神经病患儿进行干预治疗。治疗后,患儿运动功能保持并提高,关节活动度扩大,各肌群肌力肌耐力提高,矫正异常姿势,防止关节变形,提高患者日常生活能力及生活质量,患儿得以回归家庭和学校。A Child with giant axonal neuropathy was treated in our hospital.based on the biomechanics of human body,the patient was treated with exercise therapy combined with computer medium frequency medicine penetration,wax cake method and reinforcement acupuncture method.After treatment,the patient's motor function was maintained and improved,joint activity was expanded,muscle strength and muscle endurance of each muscle group were improved,abnormal posture was corrected,joint deformation was prevented,daily living ability and quality of life were improved,and the child were able to return to their families and schools.
