藏族第三磨牙牙根形态和根管形态研究

摘　　要：目的观察藏族离体第三磨牙牙根形态和透明牙根管形态。方法收集藏族新鲜离体上颌第三磨牙60颗,下颌第三磨牙65颗。直接观察牙根形态,记录牙根数目;制作透明牙,观察根管形态和侧副管形态分布。结果上颌第三磨牙:融合根53.33%:、二根26.67%、三根20%;1~4根管出现率分别为13.33%,23.33%,51.67%,18.33%;1/3的上颌第三磨牙出现侧副管。下颌第三磨牙:融合根52.31%、二根47.69%;1~4根管率分别为13.85%,43.08%,36.92%,3.08%,C型根管率为3.08%;侧副管为40.00%。结论藏族第三磨牙牙根形态与汉族相似;而根管形态比较复杂,与汉族有明显差别。Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the morphology of root and root canal of the third molars in Tibetan population.Methods:Sixty maxillary and sixty five mandibular Tibetan third molars were collected.The root number of every tooth was recorded.Then all the teeth were dyed with ink using a clearing technique,and then root canal morphology was studied.Results:Among Tibetan maxillary third molars,53.33%had a fusion root,while 26.67%with two roots,and 20%with three roots.The incidence of root number from 1 to 4 were 13.33%,23.33%,51.67%and 18.33%.In multiple-root-canal maxillary third molars,most of buccal root canals were type I and type II,while all of the palatal roots canals were type I.One third of maxillary third molars had accessory canals.Among Tibetan mandibular third molars,52.31%had a fusion root,while 47.69%with two roots.The incidence of root number from 1 to 4 were 13.85%,43.08%,36.92%and 3.08%,and that of C-shaped canals were 3.08%.The majority of mesial roots of the mandibular third molars were type I and type II,while the majority of distal roots showed type I canal configuration.40%of the mandible third molars had accessory canals.Conclusions:The root morphology of the third molars in Tibetan population is similar to that in Han population,but the morphology of root canal is obviously different between Tibetan and Han population.
