摘  要:为了提高传统压力变送系统的测量精度和响应速度,设计了一种高精度熔体压力变送系统。该系统以MSP430为控制核心,采用高精度金属电阻应变式压力传感器实时检测熔体中的压力值,采用16位高精度A/D转换器对传感器输出的电压信号进行模数转换,采用新型分段式标定法对系统输出的电压-压力曲线进行标定,通过LCD显示屏实时显示测得的压力值,除此之外,系统还预留标准4~20 mA电流输出接口供其他工业仪表使用。实际测试结果表明,该系统检测精度高,测量误差小于2%,具有较高的稳定性,符合设计预期。In order to improve the measurement accuracy and response speed of traditional pressure transfer system,a high precision melt pressure transfer system was designed.With MSP430 as control core,the system adopted high precision metal resistance strain type pressure sensor in the real-time to detect the melt pressure value,using 16-bit high accuracy A/D converter output voltage signal of sensor to carry out modulus conversion,using new sectional calibration method to calibrate the system output voltage-pressure curve,through the LCD display real-time display of measured pressure value,in addition,the system also provide standard 4~20 mA current output interface for the use of other industrial instrument.The actual test results show that the system has high detection accuracy,measurement error is less than 2%,with high stability,in line with the design expectations.
