摘  要:为了使声学CT温度场重建系统对被测区域内可能出现的各种温度分布具有更好的重建能力,提出一种收发器位置优化新方法:以均匀温度场模型的重建误差最小为目标函数,用粒子群优化算法优化收发器位置坐标。单峰偏置等5种典型温度场模型的仿真重建结果表明:与传统的均匀布置相比,文中方法确定的优化布局可明显降低重建误差。文中对用电热器形成的单峰偏置温度场进行了重建实验,实验结果进一步验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。由于被测区域的温度分布通常会呈现出多种多样的分布特征,因此所提方法具有实用价值。In order to improve the reconstruction capability of acoustic CT temperature field reconstruction system for various possible temperature distributions in the measured area,a new method of transceiver position optimization was proposed.The objective function is to minimize the reconstruction error of the uniform temperature field model,and the position coordinates of the transceiver are optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm.The simulation results of five typical temperature field models,such as single-peak asymmetrical,show that compared with the traditional uniform layout,the optimized layout determined by this method can significantly reduce reconstruction errors.The optimal layout obtained by this method is used to reconstruct the single-peak bias temperature field formed by a electric heater.The experimental results further verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.Because the temperature distribution in the measured area usually presents a variety of distribution characteristics,the method proposed has practical value.
