摘　　要：为提高高职院校实验实训室建设管理的系统性和科学性,基于“三对接”职教理念,结合高职院校实验实训室特点和建设管理存在的问题,探索项目化管理。通过探析实验实训室项目计划管理、采购管理、过程管理和验收管理,大大提高了实验实训室的使用率,有效促进了高素质技术技能人才的培养。In order to raise the systematic and scientific nature in the construction and management of experiment and practical training workshop in higher vocational colleges,based on the ideology of there-joint in vocational education,combined with the characteristics of experiment and practical training workshop in higher vocational colleges and the problems in the construction and management,the method of project-oriented management is explored.By the exploration on the plan management,purchase management,procedure management and acceptance management in experiment and practical training project,the utilization rate is highly improved and the cultivation of high quality technical and skilled talents.
