补肾活血通腑方对慢性脑供血不足病人脑肠肽Ghrelin及大便间隔天数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血通腑方对慢性脑供血不足病人脑肠肽Ghrelin及大便间隔天数的影响。方法选取青岛市海慈医疗集团、青岛市黄岛区人民医院、青岛市黄岛区第二中医医院证属血瘀证的慢性脑供血不足病人100例。应用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组予中药补肾活血通腑方,每次1袋,每日2次口服;对照组予养血清脑颗粒,每次1袋,每日2次口服。两组治疗疗程均为28 d。观察两组服药28 d前后大便间隔天数和血清脑肠肽Ghrelin水平变化。结果治疗组治疗后大便间隔天数比治疗前减少(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后大便间隔天数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组大便间隔天数较对照组减少(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清Ghrelin水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后Ghrelin水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组血清Ghrelin水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血通腑方可改善慢性脑供血不足病人便秘情况,尤其可以减少大便间隔天数;同时对增高病人Ghrelin水平有较好的效果,优于养血清脑颗粒。Objective To study the effect of Bushen Huoxue Tongfu Recipe on brain-gut peptide ghrelin and days of defecation interval in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency(blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by the random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in treatment group were given Bushen Huoxue Tongfu formula(1 bag per time,2 times a day),while the patients in control group were given Yangxue Qingnao Granule(1 bag per time,2 times a day),for 28 days.The days of defecation interval and the level of serum brain-gut peptide Ghrelin were observed before and after 28 days treatment.Results The interval days of defecation in treatment group were less than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in the interval days of defecation before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05).The interval days of defecation in treatment group were less than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum Ghrelin in treatment group were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of serum Ghrelin before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of serum Ghrelin between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Tongfu Recipe can improve constipation,reduce the days of defecation interval,increase the level of Ghrelin,which is better than Yangxue Qingnao Granule in the treatment of patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.
