氨磺必利联合甜梦胶囊对首发精神分裂症患者认知功能的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氨磺必利联合甜梦胶囊对首发精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月济宁市精神病防治院收治的精神分裂症患者100例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组服用氨磺必利治疗,试验组服用氨磺必利加甜梦胶囊治疗。治疗前和治疗1、2个月后采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估患者认知功能,并于治疗后使用生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)评估患者生活质量。结果治疗2个月后两组MoCA评分均有明显改善,且试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨磺必利加甜梦胶囊对精神分裂症患者认知功能损害具有显著的恢复作用,并可提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of amisulpride combined with Tianmeng Capsule on cognitive function of first-episode schizophrenia patients.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,100 schizophrenic inpatients admitted to Jining Psychiatric Hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,50 cases per group.The control group was given oral amisulpride,and the experimental group was given oral amisulpride plus Tianmeng Capsule.The cognitive function of patients was assessed by Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)at the before treatment and 1 and 2 months after treatment.The patients'quality of life was assessed by GQOLI-74 after treatment.Results After 2 months of treatment,the scores of MoCA in both groups were significantly improved,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amisulpride plus Tianmeng Capsule has a significant recovery effect on cognitive impairment of schizophrenia patients,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
