摘  要:目的探讨儿童癫痫治疗前后多巴胺转运体(DAT)及多巴胺D2受体(DRD2)mRNA表达水平的变化。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月于邯郸市第二医院接受治疗的癫痫患儿60例作为研究组,选取同期60名健康儿童作为对照组,比较癫痫患儿治疗前后DAT及DRD2 mRNA的表达差异。结果治疗前研究组学龄期和学龄前期癫痫患儿外周血淋巴细胞DAT及DRD2 mRNA表达比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组DAT及DRD2 mRNA表达水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后癫痫患儿DRD2 mRNA表达水平出现显著下降(P<0.05),DAT mRNA表达水平未出现显著变化(P>0.05)。结论癫痫患儿DAT及DRD2 mRNA表达明显高于正常儿童,可作为癫痫儿童诊断以及疗效评价的参考指标之一。Objective To investigate the DAT and DRD2 mRNA expression difference before and after epilepsy treatment in children.Methods A total of 60 epileptic children treated Handan City Second Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research group,and 60 healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group.The expressions of DAT and DRD2 mRNA before and after treatment of epileptic children were compared.Results There were no significant differences in DAT and DRD2 mRNA expressions in peripheral blood lymphocyte of school-age and pre-school-age children with epilepsy before treatment(P>0.05).The DAT and DRD2 mRNA expression levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of DRD2 mRNA in children with epilepsy decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the expression levels of DAT mRNA did not change significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion The expressions of DAT and DRD2 mRNA in children with epilepsy were significantly higher than those in the normal children,which can be one of the reference indicators in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of children with epilepsy.
