手术联合免疫化疗对单肾透明细胞癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肾透明细胞癌患者应用手术治疗联合免疫化疗治疗对其C反应蛋白(CRP)和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响效果。方法选取河北省第七人民医院2018年3月至2019年7月收治的54例单肾透明细胞癌患者,给予患者手术治疗+免疫化疗治疗,对比治疗前后患者的CRP水平及外周血T淋巴细胞水平变化。结果治疗后,患者的CRP水平明显低于治疗前,CD3^+及CD4^+/CD8^+明显升高,CD3^+CD8^+明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗前后CD3^+CD4^+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对肾透明细胞癌患者给予手术治疗+免疫化疗治疗,效果明显,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment combined with immunochemotherapy on C-reactive protein(CRP)and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 54 patients with single renal clear cell carcinoma who were admitted to The Seventh People's Hospital of Hebei Province from March 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled.All patients were Received surgery combined with immunochemotherapy.The changes of CRP evels and peripheral blood T lymphocytes levels were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,patients'CRP level was significantly lower than that before treatment,CD3^+and CD4^+/CD8^+were significantly increased,and CD3^+CD8^+was significantly decreased(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CD3^+CD4^+level before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Surgery combined with immunochemotherapy for patients with renal clear cell carcinoma is effective and worthy of application.
